There comes a moment in many of our lives when we find ourselves lost, questioning who we are, what we're here for, and what truly gives our life meaning. For Bruno, that moment arrived in 2021. Working in the corporate world, deeply unfulfilled and disconnected from his own essence, he faced anxiety, eating disorders, and depression.

Rather than pushing through, he chose to turn inward. Through that journey, he discovered a set of powerful tools that led him back to himself. He became so passionate about them that he began guiding others through his own integrated methodology, blending the Enneagram, Human Design, and Gene Keys to help people reconnect with their inner authority, understand themselves better and find what makes them unique. Together with his wife Tina — also a Steward of the Future — Bruno co-founded Brad & Lola, a brand dedicated to helping couples in long-term relationships reignite their passion and build a connection that feels vibrant and alive again. He lives now in Costa Rica with Tina and their baby Neo.

Erin is an eco-somatic guide who supports people through times of change, healing, and deep personal transformation.

She works with the whole person, mind, body, and emotions, blending somatic practices, psychology, and nature-based wisdom to help clients reconnect with what feels true, alive, and ready to emerge. Many people come to her during life transitions, after plant medicine experiences, or when old patterns no longer fit and they’re ready for something new.

Erin offers one-on-one mentoring sessions, both in person and online, as well as seasonal group immersions for deeper support.

Erin Chalfant, MA, MFA, is an author, educator, with a background in somatics, contemplative practice, and earth-based traditions.

Stewards of the Future, Founder & Intuitive Family Guide

Shawna is an intuitive guide and family imprinting facilitator devoted to supporting the evolution of the family system. As a mother of four and a 6th line in Human Design, she embodies a deeply lived and observational approach to generational healing and conscious parenting.

Blending Gene Keys, Human Design, astrology, and her training through the Family Imprint Institute, her work bridges intuitive insight with grounded frameworks to reveal the deeper patterns shaping each child and family dynamic. She helps parents recognize and shift inherited imprints, bringing awareness to the early patterns that shape identity, behavior, and emotional expression.

Through Stewards of the Future and 1:1 sessions, she guides individuals and families into a new paradigm of parenting rooted in connection, awareness, and intentional legacy.

Mentor & Guide

Michael is a therapist based in Oklahoma City. His wife and their four children are all wonderfully neuro-complex, and it is through his family that his work has been most deeply shaped. Living in a home where difference is not only present but honored has given him a profound appreciation for the many ways people experience and move through the world.

He has truly fallen in love with the perspectives of those who have never quite felt like they fit in, the ones who see, feel, and process life differently. Rather than viewing this as something to fix, Michael recognizes it as something to understand, support, and celebrate. His work is rooted in helping people discover themselves on their own terms, in a way that feels true, relieving, and deeply seen. He creates space for individuals to slow down, reconnect, and make sense of their inner world without pressure to conform or perform.

Michael’s greatest passion is to ensure that every person he works with walks away not only feeling more like themselves, but with a deeper sense of self-trust, compassion, and appreciation for who they are.

Astrology & Human Design Guide

Kelly is an Astrologer, Human Design Guide, Yoga Teacher, and Visual Artist who is passionate about helping people understand themselves, and their children, in a deeper way. She discovered astrology at the age of eleven and has been studying it seriously since 2007. In 2020 she found Human Design, which expanded her work into understanding how energy, awareness, and personality move through the body. Kelly is a registered yoga teacher (RYT) with certifications in Hatha, Iyengar, Baptiste, and Prenatal Yoga, and she's also a Reiki practitioner.

Her work blends astrology, Human Design, and somatic awareness to help people better understand their natural energy and rhythms. Alongside her work as an Astrologer and Coach, Kelly is also a Visual Artist and mother of three.

She studied fine art in college and believes creativity, curiosity, and self-understanding are powerful tools for both children and adults. In her work, Kelly enjoys helping families explore Astrology and Human Design in ways that are meaningful for both parents and children.

Neurodivergent Life Coach

Sara Oakley is a Certified Coach supporting neurodivergent adults and families through a regulation-focused, autonomy-based approach. She centers nervous system safety, autonomy, and strengths-based support over compliance-driven models.

As a neurodivergent adult and parent of neurodivergent children, Sara brings both lived experience and professional training to her work. She understands firsthand the complexity, grief, growth, and resilience within individual neurodivergent adult lives, relationships, and family systems. Sara helps individuals and families move out of shame cycles and burnout and into deeper connection, self-awareness, and sustainable systems of regulation.

She offers a big-picture lens on how behavior connects to nervous system states, identity, and environment. Within this ecosystem, she contributes grounded nervous system education, collaborative problem-solving, and an unwavering belief that difference and sensitivity is power, not something to fix.

Relationship & Intimacy Mentor

Tina has lived through nearly every imaginable setup in romantic relationships. A 20-year marriage, affairs, heartbreaks, years of dating and self-exploration, open relating, celibacy — a long and rich journey of getting to know herself, her body, and what intimacy truly means.

That journey led her, eventually, to something she had never experienced before with her current partner: ease, full transparency, healthy polarity, and passion and safety with one partner. What that experience revealed to her is what a conscious, vibrant, and deeply nourishing relationship actually requires.

Together with her partner Bruno, also a fellow Stewards member, she co-founded Brad & Lola — a brand devoted to helping long-term couples reignite the lost spark and experience a truly vibrant relationship. Tina believes that healthier relationships begin with better education — and that the earlier, the better. Through Start Early, she brings adolescents an accessible, grounded approach to relating: learning to know their bodies, set limits, stay true to themselves, make conscious choices, and build confidence in how they show up with others. Because conscious love, learned early, changes everything.

Relational Psychodynamic Psychotherapist & EMDR Practitioner

Valery Vengerov is a relational psychodynamic psychotherapist, couples counselor and EMDR practitioner specializing in trauma, relationships, and neurodivergence. She is also a Human Design analyst in training. Her work is restorative and brings balance between the mind, heart and gut allowing for each persons unique relational wisdom to emerge.

Valery lives an intuitive life guided by her inner knowing. She has overcome a great deal of suffering and can meet people in the depth of their darkest pain with empathy while guiding them through a process of transformation that reconnects them with their essence, purpose and self-love.

Valery is genuinely lit up by the healing she witnesses in the lives of her clients and the ripple effect it has on their families and communities.

Family Systems Facilitator & Spirit Team Medium

When therapy or other healing approaches haven’t fully resolved repeating patterns, Megan helps people understand and release the deeper emotional, family, and spiritual roots behind them. She is a Family Systems Facilitator, Spirit Team Medium, and Founder of The Morphic Field. Through her work, especially Family Constellations, she helps uncover inherited patterns, unresolved family dynamics, and limiting beliefs that can be passed down through generations.

Megan also incorporates spiritual guidance into her sessions, helping clients reconnect with themselves, build stronger personal boundaries, and develop greater clarity and self-trust. Her approach is intuitive yet grounded, making deep healing feel safe and practical.
